Invoice for your private insurer

Find out what your private insurance may cover before you join

After your blood draw we send you an itemised invoice that you can submit to your private health insurance (PKV). Before you buy, you can ask us for a sample invoice and check with your insurer whether your tariff covers it.

We cannot promise reimbursement, because your insurer decides on every claim by reading your own tariff.

Whether your insurer pays depends on your tariff

Your insurer decides on every claim by reading your own tariff. Some tariffs include prevention, which means check-ups you take without a medical reason. Many tariffs pay only for services that a doctor bills, while Aniva bills you as a company and charges VAT, so we cannot promise reimbursement.

How to check your cover before you buy

Ask our concierge for a sample invoice. Send it to your insurer and ask whether your tariff covers it. Once you have the answer, you can decide whether to buy the membership.

01

Ask our concierge for a sample invoice

Write to our concierge by chat or by email and ask for a sample invoice.

02

Ask your insurer whether your tariff covers it

Send the sample invoice to your insurer and ask whether your tariff covers the Aniva membership.

03

Submit your invoice after your blood draw

If you become a member, submit your invoice and your lab report to your insurer once your results are ready.

Every lab analysis is listed on your invoice

The invoice lists every lab analysis that was run on your sample, together with its price. It is issued by Livy Health GmbH, the company behind Aniva, and it includes VAT.
