Anti-kickback
One partner replaces the five your clinic stitches together today.
Lab, kits, courier, software, compliance. One contract instead of five separate vendors, five separate invoices, and a clinic team acting as the integrator.
From a single venous draw to whole-genome sequencing.
Aniva runs every modality routinely used in clinical and preventive medicine, plus most modalities that are not yet routine. Pick the panel your patients need, we handle the lab, the analytics, and the reporting.
Routine bloodwork
Lipids, liver, kidney, glucose, electrolytes, full blood count, inflammation markers.
Hormonal panels
Thyroid, reproductive hormones, stress and adrenal axis, growth and IGF, prolactin.
Vitamins and minerals
Vitamin and micronutrient status across the panels typical longevity and preventive medicine ask for.
Immune and autoimmune
Full immunoglobulin profile, autoantibodies, complement, allergen-specific IgE.
WGS, WES, polygenic risk
Whole-genome and whole-exome
sequencing, targeted panels, pharmacogenomics, polygenic risk scores.
RNA sequencing
Bulk RNA-seq and targeted transcriptomic panels, for emerging clinical and research questions.
High-throughput proteomics
Affinity proteomics and panel-based proteomic profiling via specialty partners.
Routine bloodwork
16S and shotgun metagenomic sequencing, dysbiosis indices, and metabolite panels.

More than two thousand five hundred parameters available
Kalia Lab runs their longevity bloodwork on Aniva.
Three locations. One API. Patients see Kalia, not Aniva.
Kalia operates a chain of longevity and aesthetic clinics. Their patients buy premium packages that include extensive blood analysis (hormones, metabolic markers, vitamins, longevity biomarkers) and read their results inside Kalia's own app.
Aniva runs the lab, the kits, the couriers, and the result delivery underneath. The patient sees Kalia. The patient's doctor sees Kalia. The integration was complete in four weeks, and spontaneous same-day draws (patient walks in at 3:50pm, courier collects at 5pm) are handled automatically.

White-label set-up
Your brand on the patient dashboard,PDF, and optional sub-domain. Custom panels added to your catalogue.

First draw day
Your team draws blood as usual. Same-day courier collects. Results land in your admin within 24 hours.

Patient handover
Your patient logs in to a branded dashboard, sees their profile, and books a follow-up with you, not with Aniva.
In-clinic, at-home, or hybrid. Every collection method your patients need.
Venous draw
In your clinic, by your MFA
Saliva
Hormones, genetics, microbiome
Capillary kit
Tasso, lancet, finger-prick
Stool
Microbiome, iFOBT, calprotectin
At-home kit
Mailed to patient, prepaidnreturn
Urine
Metabolites, hormones, screening
Two surfaces. The rest is invisible.
A console for your team. A dashboard for your patient. The lab, the logistics, the integrations, and the compliance run silently behind them.

Order. Track. Bill. In one place.
Pick a panel, identify the patient, print the requisition. Every sample is visible from draw to result, with exception alerts when something needs a second look.

Real data and confidence
Patients log in to a clean, branded dashboard. They see their results in context: what each marker means, how it compares to evidence-based references, and what changed since last time.
One platform, roughly half the cost.
Most clinics buy diagnostics from multiple labs and stitch the bills together. Aniva consolidates the same panels under one roof, and the saving comes back to the clinic.

White-label module
For a comparable multi-omics workup, a clinic running diagnostics through Aniva pays roughly half of what four specialist labs would charge in aggregate, and ships it under one brand, one contract, one invoice.
Numbers above are indicative per-patient ranges based on typical clinic baskets and standard 2025-2026 reference pricing across European specialty labs. Aniva's pricing scales with volume and panel mix, a precise quote is part of the first call.

These are the questions partners ask first
The short answers below cover the recurring questions from our first 20 conversations. The longer ones, including reference documents and the Rahmenvertrag, are part of the first call.
Diagnostics as a Service means you sell blood testing under your own brand while we run everything behind it: the laboratory, the collection kits, the couriers, the ordering software, the result delivery and the compliance paperwork. One contract and one invoice replace the five vendors most clinics and brands stitch together today, which are a laboratory, a kit and courier provider, ordering software, a customer-facing results layer, and a lawyer for the data agreements.
Yours. Your logo and colours appear on the patient dashboard, your branding sits on the result PDF, and you can run it on your own sub-domain. Aniva does not appear anywhere in the patient flow. Kalia Lab runs three clinics this way, in Berlin, Hamburg and Düsseldorf, and their patients and their patients' doctors only ever see Kalia.
Yes. Our full blood panel runs from an entry panel of 28 markers to a complete panel of 44 or more, and the wider catalogue holds more than 2,500 orderable parameters across blood chemistry, hormones, micronutrients, immunology, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and microbiome. A panel that size needs a venous draw, because a single capillary sample does not yield enough serum to run 40 analyses from it.
Yes. The clinic console includes a custom panel builder, and any panel you define is added to your own catalogue during white-label setup, so your team orders your panels rather than ours. You can also save templates for the protocols you run most often.
Yes. We support capillary collection in Tasso, lancet and finger-prick formats, and a mailed at-home kit with prepaid return. Saliva, urine and stool collection are available for the panels that need them. Every collection method shares one ordering flow and returns one result format, so your integration does not change when the method does.
Yes, in two ways. Your own team draws in your clinic exactly as it does today, or your patient uses one of our 25+ partner draw locations across Germany. We own that network rather than subcontracting phlebotomy, which is why a venous option exists at all and why spontaneous same-day draws work: a patient who walks in at 3:50pm is still collected by courier at 5pm.
Analysis runs at a RiliBÄK accredited laboratory, and ISO 15189 medical laboratory accreditation sits with the laboratory partner that performs it. The Aniva admin panel is designed to be non-qualifying under MDR, IVDR and MPDG, and interpretation of any individual patient result remains with the treating clinician. For partners who are themselves healthcare providers, the contract carries safe-harbour language for section 299a StGB and section 31 MBO-Ä.
Processing is EU-native on Germany-hosted infrastructure, and a processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) is included as standard rather than negotiated as an extra. On the first call we walk through where the data is physically hosted, which sub-processors touch the patient data path, and whether any of them sits outside the EEA.
Yes. One REST API with predictable resources, a single Bearer key, and JSON in and out. Signed webhooks fire on every status change, which are sample drawn, in transit, at the laboratory and completed, so you do not have to poll for updates. An Idempotency-Key header makes retries safe, so a dropped connection never creates a duplicate order. A sandbox with test data is available before your first real draw, and the documentation is at docs.anivahealth.com.
Four weeks from signed contract to first patient draw, including white-label setup. That covers panel selection, the Rahmenvertrag and the data paperwork, your branding on the dashboard and the PDF, and any custom panels added to your catalogue. An API integration can run in parallel with the compliance work rather than after it.
Pricing scales with volume and panel mix, so a precise number is part of the first call. For a like-for-like multi-omics workup, a clinic running through Aniva pays roughly half of what four specialist laboratories charge in aggregate, around 340 euro per patient against about 720 euro split across four invoices. Those are indicative ranges based on typical clinic baskets, not a rate card. Bring your own typical basket to the call and you get a real number instead of a list price for a panel you do not sell.
